About the Role

We are looking for a client-focused and results-driven Enterprise Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our key clients. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, achieving assigned targets, and contributing to the company’s strategic objectives.

You will manage a portfolio of major accounts within a specific industry and work closely with internal teams to deliver the right solutions to our clients. Strong communication, negotiation skills, discipline, and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Here’s what a typical day will look like:

  • Driving sales results: Drive value added partners to develop sector sales plan, create new leads, sales growth & acquire new accounts from the assigned sales sector.
  • Developing Customer Relationships: To develop customer & partner relationships, mindshare & trust for Esri Malaysia and its related solutions.

About You

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Enterprise Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage client accounts, generate new business, and achieve sales targets.

If you are proactive, confident in meeting clients, and passionate about closing deals, we would love to hear from you.

To be successful you will need to bring along:

  • 5–8 years of solid experience in enterprise solution sales with a proven track record of closing big deals.
  • Strong hunter mindset, confident in opening doors, building pipelines, and winning new business.
  • Experience in utilities, commercial sectors, or managing channel partners is a strong advantage.
  • Results-driven, competitive, and motivated to exceed targets consistently.
  • Able to develop and execute strategic sales plans for assigned industry sectors.
  • Skilled in managing the full enterprise sales cycle – from prospecting and pitching to proposal submission and tender bidding.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Independent, disciplined, and willing to travel to secure opportunities and close deals.
