About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Manager who is client-centric, growth focused, an effective communicator and negotiator, disciplined and a team player to grow relationships with our major clients and achieve profitable sales growth for the Company.
Assigned a portfolio of key clients from an industry sector, the Senior Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets as part of the Company’s strategic objectives. The Senior Enterprise Account Manager takes the lead throughout the sales cycle, facilitating teamwork and communication, and ensures that the client’s short- and long-term needs are met.
Here’s what a typical day will look like:
- Driving sales results: Drive value added partners to develop sector sales plan, create new leads, sales growth & acquire new accounts from the assigned sales sector.
- Developing Customer Relationships: To develop customer & partner relationships, mindshare & trust for Esri Malaysia and its related solutions.
About You
We are on the lookout for an energetic and passionate Senior Enterprise Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel at building and maintaining strong client relationships and be eager to leverage their exceptional communication skills to drive our broader business goals forward. If you are driven, customer-focused, and have a knack for closing deals, we would love to hear from you.
To be successful you will need to bring along:
- 7 to 10 years of working experience in enterprise IT solution sales with a proven track record.
- Experience working with public sector customers & channel partners is an added advantage.
- Positive, proactive, result oriented, ambitious and able to work independently.
- Ability to develop & execute sector sales plan.
- Ability to gain customers’ & partners' trust and develop sales leads independently.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to handle enterprise sales cycle from lead generation, pipeline management, sales presentation, sales documents handling to large solution tender bidding.
- Willing to work hard and travel.
