About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working cross-functionally to understand and support the financial needs of various business units. To be effective in this role, you must be comfortable owning the end-to-end finance processes - from budgeting and forecasting to financial analysis and reporting. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments are key to success in this position.

What you'll do:

  • To support sales, fulfill customer ordering.
  • Issue invoice.
  • Follow up customer collection.
  • Prepare reporting such as ageing, billing.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our dynamic team. You should bring a deep understanding of financial principles, and the ability to communicate effectively across departments. We believe that to be successful in this role you will need:

  • Possess Degree in Accounting or Business Studies.
  • Minimum with 3 years’ experience in IT / service / trading industry.
  • Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge in Workday will be an advantage.
  • Positive attitude and attention to detail.
