About the Role

We offer internships opportunity for your Bachelor's, providing a great platform for you to learn, experience and identify your future career goals!

Here’s what a typical day will look like:

Sales Lead Management

• Assist in managing sales leads via email and Salesforce to ensure timely follow-up.
• Support Documentation and Review Processes.
• Purchase Orders (POs): Verify completeness and compliance of submitted information.
• Deal Registrations (DRs): Validate partner-submitted DRs for accuracy.
• Customer Information Forms (CIF): Review submitted forms to ensure accurate and consistent information.
• E-Certificate Creation: Ensure correct details are entered based on the CIF.

Salesforce Data Cleanup

• Assist in cleaning and organizing Salesforce data, including Accounts, Parent-Child relationships, Clusters, and other relevant fields to maintain data integrity.

Event

• To assist in completing the ad hock task for events managed by the Sales Team.

To be successful you will need to bring along:  

• Candidates are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
• Possesses excellent written and oral Malay/English skill.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications. (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Minimum internship period is 3 months.
