About the Role
What you'll do:
- To design, develop, and implement GIS solutions integrating 3D spatial data, BIM models, and point cloud datasets.
- Develop 3D geospatial visualizations and web scenes using tools like ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS CityEngine, and ArcGIS Online/Enterprise.
- Work with BIM data formats to integrate with ArcGIS for infrastructure management and digital twin development.
- Process and analyze laser scanning (LiDAR) data for analytics.
- Process and manage 3D data from terrestrial laser scanning, UAV photogrammetry, and mobile mapping systems.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and planners to provide geospatial insights for project planning and decision-making.
- Stay current with industry developments in 3D GIS, BIM-GIS integration, and geospatial technologies.
About You
We believe that to be successful in this role you will need:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geomatics, GIS, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
- Working experience of at least 7 years with a strong focus on 3D, BIM integration, and reality capture technologies.
- Proficiency in Esri products (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, CityEngine, ArcGIS Online) and 3D tools.
- Experience with BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks) and interoperability with GIS platforms.
- Strong understanding of point cloud processing
- Knowledge of spatial databases, 3D data standards (e.g., CityGML, IFC), scripting languages (e.g., Python) and FME is a plus.
- Possess good communication skills
- Possess good learning attitude and keen to take on technical challenges.
