We are seeking a high-performing Solutions Sales Specialist, Government to drive strategic growth across key government accounts in Indonesia. This is a client-facing role for a commercially driven sales professional who thrives in complex solution sales environments and is motivated by building long-term, high-value partnerships.

As part of the Enterprise Sales team at Esri Indonesia, you will play a critical role in shaping how national government organisations leverage location intelligence and enterprise GIS solutions to improve decision-making, operational efficiency and public service outcomes.

What you will do

  • Own and grow strategic relationships across assigned National Government accounts
  • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue, margin and growth targets
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting through to close
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with senior government stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (pre-sales, technical, professional services) to deliver winning solutions
  • Accurately forecast and report on pipeline, revenue and account performance
  • Identify new opportunities for expansion within existing accounts and new business segments
  • Drive long-term customer success through value-based solution selling

What we are looking for

  • 5–10+ years’ experience in enterprise sales, account management or business development
  • Strong track record in complex IT / solution sales within government
  • Proven experience managing large, strategic accounts (ministry-level or national agencies preferred)
  • Strong capability in consultative / solution selling methodologies
  • Highly developed negotiation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in cross-functional, matrixed environments
  • Strong commercial discipline with a consistent record of achieving or exceeding targets
  • Deep understanding of customer drivers, market dynamics and competitive landscapes
