About the Role

We are looking for a Client Care Specialist who can offer expertise in implementing ESRI products or GIS technology, provide support for sales and presales activities, and maintain proficiency in ESRI products and associated IT technologies.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide technical support/consultation to Esri Indonesia clients (Talking to staffs/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues)
  • Troubleshooting system, problems, diagnosing and solving software issues.
  • Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, e.g., software developers.
  • Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time.
  • Evaluating new technology.
  • Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports; working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to other staffs/third parties, if appropriate).
  • Log each incidents detail and resolution time.
  • Conduct Esri Software training if needed.
  • Communicate through multidepartment. 
  • Esri Knowledge and skill self-development.

About You

We are seeking a seasoned Client Care Specialist with a strong understanding of troubleshooting and complete assigned tickets related to ArcGIS and its technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a proven experience in dealing with solving problem in ArcGIS to stakeholders.

To be successful in this contract role, you will need:

  • Degree in Geodetic/Geomatic Engineering, Geoscience Engineering (or equivalent), or Computer Science.
  • At least 1 years’ experience in Technical Support in IT Company or geospatial technology related.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge in Windows operating system(Linux OS is a plus)
  • Knowledge in Database concept (Geodatabase is a plus)
  • Having Esri Certification is a plus
  • Having IT Relate Certification is a plus
