About the role

• Support Solution team and Sales teams in pre-sales engagements through preparation of technical materials, demos, and analytical outputs.
• Assist in customer discovery by gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and technical requirements.
• Configure, maintain, and present ArcGIS-based demos, sample applications, dashboards, maps, and industry-specific workflows.
• Perform spatial analysis, data preparation, validation, and visualization using the ArcGIS platform.
• Support proof-of-concept (PoC) and pilot activities, including environment setup, data preparation, and workflow configuration.
• Contribute to technical proposals by preparing solution descriptions, diagrams, scope inputs, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain and enhance reusable demo assets, datasets, and industry use-case libraries.
• Collaborate with Solution Engineering, Sales, and Professional Services teams to ensure solution alignment and knowledge sharing.
• Provide technical assistance during customer meetings, events, workshops, and presentations.
• Continuously build expertise in the ArcGIS platform, complementary technologies, and industry best practices through training and self-learning.
• Support internal initiatives, documentation, and process improvements within the Solutions Engineering team.
