We deliver the best GIS solutions in the world, with the brightest minds on the map.

What are the issues that matter most to you? Climate change, national security, disaster response?

At Esri Australia you will work with people at the forefront of these issues, connect them with the best tech and solutions and get an inside look into the real-world challenges that shape our future.

We turn problems into opportunities, and that takes two things:

  • The most powerful GIS technology and solutions.
  • Driven, talented, and passionately curious people.

Here we connect them, and that’s how we achieve incredible things for communities, economies, and for your career.

About the Role

Esri Australia is looking for a Marketing Performance and Operations Manager to join our Marketing team on a 13-month maternity leave cover contract.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing performance, technology and operations. You’ll take ownership of marketing reporting in HubSpot, turn campaign data into practical insights and help strengthen alignment between Marketing and Sales Operations across five markets.

What you’ll do

  • Create, maintain and enhance HubSpot dashboards and reports that show marketing performance, lead progression, opportunity creation and pipeline health.
  • Turn marketing data into clear insights, recommendations and performance updates for marketing leaders and sales stakeholders.
  • Support marketing automation, including campaign set-up, workflows, forms, lists, properties and tracking.
  • Keep HubSpot data accurate and useful by monitoring data quality, duplicate records, reporting inputs and campaign tagging.
  • Help manage the HubSpot and Salesforce connection by identifying sync issues, investigating data inconsistencies and coordinating fixes where needed.
  • Support marketing operational continuity by maintaining clear visibility of priorities, work in progress and delivery status across key tools, including Asana where relevant.
  • Support visibility of campaign spends where it helps explain marketing performance and investment decisions.

About you

We are looking for someone who enjoys turning marketing data into clear, practical insights and making automation, reporting and campaign tracking work smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll be hands-on across HubSpot, Salesforce and reporting tools, helping the team understand what is working, what needs attention and where to focus next.

  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, performance analytics or digital marketing, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Strong hands-on HubSpot experience, especially across reporting, dashboards, automation and campaign tracking.
  • Confidence working with marketing data and turning it into practical insights and recommendations.
  • An understanding of how forms, lists, workflows, contact properties, campaign set-up and Salesforce integration affect reporting quality.
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting or data integration is highly desirable; Power BI, Looker Studio or advanced Excel skills are beneficial.
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, data analytics or a related field are preferred.
  • Clear communication, strong writing skills and good stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • You must hold current permanent and full-time working rights in Australia.
  • Attitude and behaviour align with Esri Australia’s core values.
