We deliver the best GIS solutions in the world, with the brightest minds on the map.

What are the issues that matter most to you? Climate change, national security, disaster response?

At Esri Australia you'll work with people at the forefront of these issues, connect them with the best tech and solutions and get an inside look into the real-world challenges that shape our future.

We turn problems into opportunities, and that takes two things:

  • The most powerful GIS technology and solutions.
  • Driven, talented, and passionately curious people.

Here we connect them, and that’s how we achieve incredible things for communities, economies, and for your career.

About the Role

Join our Channels team as a Partner Development Representative and help grow the impact of Esri Australia's partner ecosystem. In this role, you'll work closely with strategic partners, internal teams, and Esri's global network to drive joint success. You'll support partner growth, identify new opportunities, coordinate go-to-market activities, and help partners deliver greater value to customers through geospatial technology, data, and content.

You will manage a focused portfolio of priority partners while also helping deliver scalable engagement programs that support a broader partner community. This is a collaborative role that sits at the intersection of sales, customer success, marketing, and partner development.

Some major responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with a portfolio of strategic Gold EPN partners and maintain clear joint plans, priorities, and success measures.
  • Drive execution of partner plans, including co-selling initiatives, pipeline development, enablement activities, and go-to-market programs.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across partner organisations and Esri Australia teams.
  • Identify, qualify, and progress partner-influenced and co-sell opportunities that create value for customers and partners.
  • Coordinate activities with Marketing and Customer Success to deliver partner communications, webinars, campaigns, and enablement programs.
  • Support critical data and content partners to execute initiatives aligned with Esri Australia's go-to-market priorities.
  • Advocate for partner needs internally and help remove barriers to successful execution.
  • Maintain accurate partner, pipeline, and activity information within Salesforce and contribute to reporting and performance visibility.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of partner programs, processes, systems, and resources.

About You

You're relationship-focused, organised, and commercially minded. You enjoy bringing people together, turning plans into action, and helping partners succeed. You can manage multiple priorities, communicate confidently with stakeholders, and build trusted relationships across a range of teams and organisations.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in partner management, channel sales, alliances, account management, or business development.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of strategic business relationships and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external partners.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously and maintain momentum across competing priorities.
  • Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities that benefit customers, partners, and the business.
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform for opportunity management and reporting.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, technology, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • You must hold current permanent and full-time working rights in Australia.
  • Attitude and behaviour align with Esri Australia's core values.
