We deliver the best GIS solutions in the world, with the brightest minds on the map.
When you sell GIS, you’re not just closing deals, you’re helping cities run smarter, hospitals save lives, the environment to flourish and businesses to thrive in competitive markets. Every conversation is about solving real-world challenges with location intelligence.
At Esri Australia you'll work with people at the forefront of these issues, connect them with the best tech and solutions and get an inside look into the real-world challenges that shape our future.
We turn problems into opportunities, and that takes two things:
- The most powerful GIS technology and solutions.
- Driven, talented, and passionately curious people.
Here we connect them, and that’s how we achieve incredible things for communities, economies, and for your career.
About the Role
Following an internal promotion, we now have an opening for a Sales Development Representative. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll play a key role in driving new business growth by running targeted outbound and inbound sales programs. You’ll be qualifying new prospective clients, uncovering opportunities, and setting the stage for success.
You won’t be doing it alone. You’ll work closely with our Senior Sales Development Representative and Account Executives to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads, and collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and other teams on campaigns, initiatives, and solution recommendations that make a real impact.
This isn’t just another SDR role, it’s a launchpad. As part of our sales career ladder, you’ll have the opportunity to develop the skills and experience that can take you into enterprise software sales or open doors into other roles leveraging GIS technology.
This is a presales role, so it doesn’t include commission. Instead, we offer base salary + super + performance-based profit share bonus (pro rata). It’s a structure designed to reward impact and contribution.
