About the role
The Graduate Program starts in February 2026 and is aimed at kick-starting your career with a structured development program that allows you to build on your great results at university. The position is a 40-hour a week.
As an Endeavour Energy graduate engineer, you will rotate through a series of placements to gain diverse experience within our Electricity Network business. We will support the development of your engineering capabilities, general business skills and management competencies to help you on your way to becoming a future energy leader.
Our graduates are mentored by experienced, successful engineers who provide coaching and guidance to support your career.

About you
- have an electrical engineering degree with a credit average;
- have a keen interest in the power industry and strive to deliver a clean energy future;
- be hungry to learn, self-motivated and thrive in a challenging environment;
- be an excellent communicator and team player;
- have the ability to think outside the box to analyse and solve problems.
