More than 2.7 million people across New South Wales rely on us every day for the supply of safe and reliable power to their homes and businesses. We employ more than 1,700 people across our catchment, making us one of the largest employers in Sydney’s Greater West.
To work with us in this role, you don’t need to have any energy experience. We need talented people who are ready for challenge and growth and value a sense of care and belonging. Why? Because our vision is to lead the way with smarter energy solutions. Play your part in helping us to put the customer first and transition to a cleaner, more sustainable energy future for us all.
About the role
We’re seeking a commercially minded, systems-driven leader to join Endeavour Energy as Enterprise Investment Systems Lead.
In this high-impact role, you’ll lead the design, governance, and optimisation of the systems and tools that power our capital and operational expenditure planning. Your work will enable better investment decisions, ensuring our multi-billion-dollar portfolio is risk-assessed, value-driven, and aligned with both strategic priorities and regulatory commitments.
If you have a background in consulting, portfolio governance, investment planning, or enterprise systems, and enjoy bringing structure, data, and insight to complex decision-making, this is your opportunity to shape how Endeavour Energy invests in the future.

- Oversee the Asset Management System (AMS) as a governance framework for investment planning, ensuring it drives value and continuous improvement.
- Partner closely with Finance, Strategy, Regulatory, and Delivery leaders to ensure investment systems are aligned with business needs and enable high-quality, transparent decision-making.
