About the role

We’re seeking a strategic leader to take charge of our Enterprise Investment Systems. In this role, you'll design and manage the systems that power our capital and operational expenditure planning, ensuring investments are risk-assessed, value-driven, and fully aligned with both regulatory requirements and organisational goals. Key accountabilities

Asset Management System

  • Develop, manage, and implement Endeavour Energy’s Asset Management System (AMS).
  • Facilitate annual AMS reviews to identify efficiency improvements.
  • Lead accreditation and audit processes against AS ISO 55001 to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Support the administration of the Asset Management Committee.

Enterprise Investment Systems

  • Lead development and maintenance of the Investment Decision Support Tool (Copperleaf), including value models, unit cost models, workflows, and reporting data.
  • Deliver training to new users and drive adoption across investment teams.
  • Manage the Portfolio to Project process in the EAM system, including project setup, WBS structures, work orders, and system data maintenance.
  • Monitor data quality and provide user support to ensure compliance with system requirements.

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor of Engineering / Business, Commerce and/or Economics or equivalent experience

Licences / tickets

  •  3-5 years of experience in a similar/professional role
