Employment for successful candidates will commence after 1 July 2025

 Electrical Fitter Mechanic

  • Base Salary $77,831 to $85,194 (avg 36 hours per week, 9 day fortnight), + 16.5% super + allowances and additional benefits. Total typical earnings $130,265 to $139,860 per annum (This is an estimate based on most common amounts paid last year, and not a guarantee of future earnings)
  • Opportunity for progression through four additional pay points based on demonstrated competencies and performance.

About the Role

Working as part of a small crew, you will be involved in:

  • all facets of overhead construction and maintenance activities as well as emergency restoration work.
  • after-hours fault & emergency response work when required.

About you

To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to meet the following requirements: 

  • Licenced Electrician
  • Sound knowledge of construction and maintenance practices
  • Experience in installation, repair and maintenance of electrical apparatus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
  • Personal commitment to working safely and good knowledge of WH&S policies and procedures covering field operations
  • Current HR driver's licence
  • Customer-centric approach

The following would be highly desirable:

  • HC Licence
  • WorkCover Certificaties: EWP, C2, DG & Forklift
  • Traffic Control Certificates
  • Switching capability
  • Ability to use iPads and Microsoft Office
