About the role

The Network Property Lead is responsible for ensuring timely best practise property tenure that is compliant with Endeavour Energy’s policies and procedures. This role demands strong leadership to guide and mentor a team towards efficient, effective and compliant operations while encouraging continuous learning and improvement. 

Key accountabilities 

  • Lead and Develop the Team: Drive a high-performing culture by mentoring, guiding, and providing leadership to ensure efficient and effective operations while fostering continuous improvement.
  • Promote Learning & Growth: Encourage professional development through goal-setting, regular feedback, and recognition of individual and team achievements.
  • Enhance Performance & Compliance: Establish clear corporate standards, performance benchmarks, and ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Optimise Asset & Financial Management: Provide regular reports on property performance, financial forecasts, market trends, and property tenure while ensuring thorough and compliant asset management.
  • Strengthen Collaboration & Relationships: Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business success.

About you

Required qualifications

  • Degree qualified in either Property or Business, or equivalent relevant experience
