About the role

Are you ready to take on a pivotal role that bridges the gap between customer satisfaction and efficient business operations? Join our team as a Customer Business Support Officer and play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless business processes.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of our Customer Network Solutions team, based at our office in Parramatta Square.

 As a Customer Business Support Officer, your main objective will be to drive value for our customers, stakeholders, and the business by providing comprehensive business support. You will contribute to the efficient functioning of the business and the best possible end-to-end customer experience.

 Key accountabilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service across multiple communication channels, managing complex or difficult enquiries professionally while promoting a positive, customer-focused image of the organisation.
  • Provide timely, well-informed advice on business processes and systems including SAP, Microsoft 365 and CRM platforms, and deliver Level 1 support for system issues affecting customers.
  • Coordinate administrative activities across the end-to-end customer connection process, ensuring a seamless customer journey while protecting organisational interests.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute recommendations to streamline and enhance processes across the Customer Connection Teams.
  • Support business operations by progressing issues proactively, undertaking follow-up actions, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, and contributing to the adoption and development of new technologies aligned with Customer Network Solutions’ technology strategy.

 Minimum qualifications: 

  • Tertiary qualification in business administration, technology, or human resources, or relevant professional experience
