We’re looking for a commercially minded leader to drive growth across the energy transition. As Manager, Future Grid Growth, you’ll identify, shape and deliver innovative opportunities that expand Endeavour Energy’s role in a smarter, more sustainable energy system. 

This is a high-impact role where strategy meets execution, turning emerging ideas into investable, scalable solutions that deliver value for customers, the network and the broader market. 

About the role 

• Build and lead a pipeline of growth opportunities aligned to our future energy strategy  
• Identify and develop new products, services and partnerships across Distributed Energy Resources (DER), electrification, flexibility and renewable initiatives  
• Create investment-grade business cases, including option identification and assessment, cost benefit modelling, and risk analysis  
• Design commercial models, pricing structures and go-to-market strategies  
• Establish and manage partnerships with industry, government and market bodies  
• Develop pilots and trials, turning successful concepts into scalable offerings  
• Influence regulatory and market frameworks to enable innovation and growth  
• Drive cross-functional alignment and uplift capability across the business  

What you’ll bring 

• Advisory style experience in energy, infrastructure or related sectors with strong commercial, strategic, and technical expertise  
• Proven ability to develop business cases, techno-economic cost benefit models, and new product offerings from concept to execution-ready  
• Strong understanding of the energy industry, regulatory landscape, emerging energy trends, customer technologies, and energy market structure and dynamics  
• Demonstrated success building partnerships and influencing stakeholders at all levels  
• Strategic thinking with the ability to turn ideas into practical, scalable outcomes  
• Excellent communication skills, including Board-level engagement
