About the role

You will be responsible for optimising workforce utilisation and maintaining a safe working environment, ensuring the effective distribution and warehousing of materials to support Endeavour Energy’s customers.

Key accountabilities

  • Actively demonstrate safe working behaviours that align with Endeavours safety culture, corporate values and code of conduct
  • Perform regular stock take activities to support the inventory management function, accurate SOH availability and maintain audit compliance.
  • Competently use internal system-based programs and applications to process transactions, updating relevant information as required.
  • Responsibility to perform housekeeping duties to maintain a safe, clean and tidy working environment whilst taking a flexible approach to supporting the broader FSC where practical.
  • Ensure plant and equipment are in safe working condition, performing pre-start checks, charging and report identified defects. 
  • Support the need for offsite deliveries for our stakeholders to deliver network equipment and F&E materials when required
  • Perform tasks and functions within the entire warehousing/stores structure to efficiently and effectively manage the pick/pack, receipting, returns, storage and distribution of equipment.
  • Effectively communicate with leaders and co-workers to continuously improve productivity 
  • Safe routine use of forklifts and plant, and where necessary, gantry crane operation
  • Through direction and strategy, help drive operational change within warehousing, stores and end to end supply chain to support sustainability programs.
  • Demonstrate positive behaviours that align with Endeavours expectations to deliver a safe, reliable, flexible, and agile working environment. 
  • Work with operations team to support organisational requirements to deliver desired and sustainable outcomes
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, discrepancies with suppliers, and stock accuracy through proactive investigation and regular cycle counts.

This role involves balancing competing priorities across multiple stakeholders, working independently under pressure while contributing to a collaborative team. It also requires adaptability to new ways of working, embracing a flexible and agile working environment having to potentially work at various locations when required and supporting operational staff in a dynamic supply chain environment.

About you

You bring specialised experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with SAP ERP experience to leverage systems and technology to get the job done efficiently. Your strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills enable you to build positive relationships and deliver excellent service. You’re confident in making decisions and solving problems, while working collaboratively with others to achieve shared goals in a professional and supportive way, with a positive influence.

Qualifications

  • Vocational/technical training in warehousing or equivalent experience.
  • SAP ERP (enterprise resource planning software) experience
  • A valid Forklift Licence
  • A valid Driver’s licence
