About the Role

As the Academic Clinic Coordinator - Clinical Nutrition, you will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of nutrition professionals. This position combines leadership, education, and industry engagement to ensure students receive high-quality clinical training. You will oversee clinic national academic operations, support staff development, and contribute to curriculum enhancement while fostering a positive learning environment. Your expertise in clinical nutrition and commitment to academic excellence will help drive student success and maintain strong connections with industry professionals.


This position is national and can be worked in any of our campuses in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Melbourne, Adelaide, Sydney or Perth

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise nutrition clinic supervisors to ensure high-quality education.
  • Oversee student management, including academic support and progression.
  • Deliver clinical sessions, workshops, and lectures for undergraduate students.
  • Develop and maintain curriculum and assessment materials aligned with industry standards.
  • Implement strategies to enhance student experience and retention.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and foster strong professional relationships.

About You

  • You have a postgraduate qualification in Nutrition, Dietetics or a related field.
  • Experience managing teams and supporting staff development.
  • Passionate about clinical education and mentoring students.
  • Strong background in tertiary-level teaching and curriculum development.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • You thrive in a collaborative environment, working with students, staff, and industry professionals.
  • Commitment to maintaining high ethical and professional standards.
  • Membership with a related professional association.
