About the Role

The primary objective of this role is acting as a clinic staff manager of the assigned discipline, student management and support, and subject matter expert in their appointed subjects and with a focus on continuous improvement as well as coordinating and delivering clinical sessions in undergraduate programs.


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage national clinic staffing, including recruitment, supervision, performance reviews, and professional development.
  • Oversee student academic management, addressing progression, misconduct, and student support in line with policy.
  • Deliver engaging and innovative clinical and academic teaching sessions across undergraduate programs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of academic and industry developments through scholarship and professional engagement.
  • Enhance student experience and retention by implementing quality improvement initiatives and responding to student feedback.


About You

  • A bachelor's degree AND Post-graduate qualification in the field or related area (for Higher Education courses)
  • Post-graduate Certificate/Diploma in Higher Education is highly desirable 
  • Demonstrated experience managing a team with diverse backgrounds and demographics to
