About the Role

The Product Manager – Educational Programs plays a key role in developing and coordinating accreditation applications for new courses across both Higher Education and VET sectors. Reporting to the Head of Regulation and Accreditation, this role involves writing curriculum and course documentation, submitting proposals to internal governance bodies and external regulators such as TEQSA, ASQA, and industry associations.

The position supports the creation of competitive, high-quality educational products by benchmarking against similar offerings and contributes to the long-term product strategy for Endeavour College and the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors.

Key Responsibilities include:

Coordination and Planning

  • Establish and implement project plans to develop accreditation applications for new educational products. 
  • Lead the planning and coordination of course accreditation projects, liaising with senior leadership to ensure alignment with institutional goals and timelines.

Course Accreditation Application Development

  • Research, write, and map course documentation and accreditation applications, ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
  • Support curriculum benchmarking, proofread documentation for accuracy, and present proposals to internal and external governance bodies as required.

Course Resource Development

  • Contribute directly to resource creation by developing teaching and assessment materials within areas of expertise.
  • Oversee the development of teaching and assessment resources by coordinating with staff and contractors.

About You

  • Have experience in course development and accreditation within Higher Education and/or VET.
  • Are confident writing curriculum, subject outlines, and regulatory documentation aligned with TEQSA/ASQA standards.
  • Can manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
  • Possess strong research, writing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail and academic integrity.
  • Enjoy collaborating across teams to develop high-quality, industry-relevant educational resources.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Tertiary qualification in Education, Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, Health Sciences or a related or similar field 
  • Experience in higher education teaching, learning and assessment.
  • Excellent liaison, negotiation and collaborative capability.  
  • Excellent writing capacity and attention to detail.
