In the role of Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support both our general recruitment efforts and our campus recruitment programs. It’s an excellent job for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, employer branding, and talent operations within a fast-paced and collaborative HR environment.
Placement Details:
This is an 4 month co-op placement starting in September 2025, located in Houston, TX.
What you will do:
Talent Acquisition Support:
- Assist with posting job openings on various platforms.
- Assist recruiters with setting up pre-screens and assessments.
- Help coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring leaders.
- Assist in organizing and preparing recruiting resources and process documentation.
- Contribute to process improvements in recruitment workflows.
Campus Recruitment Support:
- Assist in coordinating campus recruitment events, including career fairs, info sessions, and student engagement activities.
- Manage university job boards and maintain relations with campus career centers.
- Track and maintain a calendar of campus events and application deadlines.
- Help coordinate internship interview processes and onboarding for student hires.
- Support the development and maintenance of campus recruitment collateral and materials.
Who you are:
- You are currently enrolled in a full time post-secondary program studying Human Resources, Business, Communications or a related program and will be returning to full time school immediately following the work term.
- Strong interest in recruiting, HR, or talent management.
- Ability to prioritize and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday) is an asset.
- Effective and professional communication both verbal and written with ability to communicate with all levels within the organization.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
- Effective time management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to actively and consistently represent Enbridge’s core values (Safety, Integrity, Respect, Inclusion, High Performance).
Working Conditions:
- Office based role, located in Houston, TX
- Relocation assistance is not provided.
