Customer Care and Billing - Summer Intern

In the role of Customer Care and Billing – Summer Intern, you will learn and experience the life cycle of a mass-market customer from meter reading to payment posting. It’s an excellent learning experience where you will be part of a team that bills and collects on 3.9 million customers each month. 

Placement Details:

• This is a 4-month paid summer internship starting in May 2024, located in Kingston, ON.

What you will do:

• Correct billing exceptions
• Complete account adjustments
• Update and make meter corrections
• Update customer information

Who you are: 

• You are currently enrolled in a full-time post-secondary program studying Business or Finance and will be returning to full-time school immediately following the work term.  
• Effective and professional communication both verbal and written with the ability to communicate with all levels within the organization.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective time management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Solid computer skills and experience using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong Excel skills and experience are required.
• Ability to actively and consistently represent Enbridge’s core values (Safety, Integrity, Respect, Inclusion).

Working Conditions: 

• Office-based role, located in Kingston, ON
