In the role of Digital Channels & Analytics – Summer Intern, you will provide support to the team responsible for the customer-facing digital channels and analytics function within Customer Care Operations at Enbridge Gas. It’s an excellent learning experience where you’ll support testing and documentation efforts related to the digital channels.

Placement Details:

This is a 4-month paid summer internship starting in May 2024, located in Chatham, ON.

What you will do:

  • Perform documentation of process flows related to digital channels (IVR, Chatbot, My Account, other)
  • Formally document test scripts for digital channel deployments
  • Perform and assist digital channel product owners with execution of test scripts and document results
  • Provide backup to members of digital channels and analytics team to cover absences, such as email monitoring, issuing tickets in Service Now, assistance with Green Button 3rd party applications and other duties as assigned
  • Support digital channel improvement and project and enhancement work as required

Who you are:

  • You are currently enrolled in a full-time post-secondary program studying Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or Communications and will be returning to full-time school immediately following the work term.
  • Effective and professional communication both verbal and written with the ability to communicate with all levels within the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Solid computer skills and experience using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to actively and consistently represent Enbridge’s core values (Safety, Integrity, Respect, Inclusion).
  • Past experience with process documentation and the use of Microsoft Vision would be an asset.

Working Conditions:

  • Office-based role, located in Chatham, ON.
  • Relocation assistance is not provided.
