  • Conduct research using credible sources (e.g., trade publications, research reports, regulatory filings) to gather market insights and support responses to regulatory requests.
  • Extract, organize, and analyze data using tools like Excel or Power BI to help track program performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Review marketing and communications materials for accuracy, clarity, and relevance to the target audience.
  • Participate in team meetings and events, including taking meeting notes when needed, and contribute ideas and perspectives as part of the team.

Who you are:

  • You are currently enrolled in a full-time post-secondary program in Business, Project Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, and will be returning to school after your work term.
  • You’re a clear and professional communicator, comfortable sharing ideas both verbally and in writing.
  • You enjoy problem-solving and using analytical thinking to work through challenges.
  • You can work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • You’re organized, manage your time well, and pay attention to details.
  • You’re comfortable using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • You’re interested in learning how large organizations design and deliver programs that serve customers.
  • Experience with Power BI or data visualization tools is an asset, but not required.
