  • Support the automation of document management processes, including the development of an automated document tracker using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools.
  • Collaborate with technical leads to support their documentation needs and collect/showcase trend information using Power BI dashboards or equivalent tools.
  • Assist with organizing, classifying, and cleaning up documents in SharePoint.
  • Identify and flag duplicate, outdated, or Redundant, Obsolete or Trivial (ROT) content.

Who you are:

  • You are currently enrolled in a full time post-secondary program studying Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Records & Information Management, Library & Information Studies, Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related discipline, and will be returning to full time school immediately following the work term.
  • Effective and professional communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to communicate with all levels within the organization.
  • Strong problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail.
