Information Technology Summer Student - Modern Workplace (End User Services)Hybrid

In the role of Summer Student – Modern Workplace (End User Services), you will provide coordination and planning support to help modernize meeting room technology and improve end user collaboration experiences. It’s an excellent job for students interested in technology, organization, and enterprise IT environments.

Placement Details

This is a 4 month summer placement starting in May 2026, located in Calgary, Alberta.

What You Will Do

• Support planning and coordination of meeting room technology replacement activities
• Assist with tracking meeting rooms transitioning to Microsoft Teams Rooms
• Coordinate schedules and readiness activities with internal teams and vendors
• Support communications related to meeting room changes and planned work
• Maintain trackers, documentation, and status updates using Microsoft tools
• Assist with basic post‑upgrade validation and documentation

Who You Are

• You are currently enrolled in a full time post‑secondary program studying Business, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field and will be returning to full time school following the work term
• Effective and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong time management skills with attention to detail
• Solid experience using MS Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
• Ability to consistently represent Enbridge’s core values of Safety, Integrity, Respect, Inclusion, and High Performance
• Interest in technology, collaboration tools, or end user experience

Working Conditions

• Office/hybrid based role, located in Calgary, Alberta
