In the role of Data Analysis and Program Support – Student in the Affordable Housing Energy Conservation Program Team, you will work with the team and other internal departments to, collect and/or manipulate program data to inform strategies and approaches for Affordable Housing Programs.
Placement Details:
This is a 4-month paid internship starting in May 2026, located in North York, ON.
What you will do:
- Collect, analyze, input, summarize and/or make recommendations on:
- Campaign results – identifying opportunities for further engagement to educate, promote to increase leads and determine future campaigns
- Geographical breakdown of potential across the province - Create maps advising past participants, year, measures and current targeting to identify potential gaps
- New sector classification – verification of system indicator and list to inform targeting
- Support:
- Contract processing – Sponsorships, Partnerships etc.
- Marketing execution- webinars, tradeshows, coordination of representatives etc.
- Financial reconciliation – Invoice to GL, coding etc.
- Operational Committee reporting
- Research and compile funding streams, associations, community partners and other opportunities that would support program education and promotion
- Provide insight to sub segments and outreach opportunities for potential customers for Social and Private Housing for Multi-Residential, Single Family Homes and Indigenous Communities
- Help support program tracking, best practices and alignment opportunities
- Compile and create centralization of Single Family Homes past participants that allows for ease of use, search and analysis functionality
- Compile, sort and reconcile files in funnel for Single Family Homes
Who you are:
- You are currently enrolled in a full-time post-secondary program studying Business and will be returning to full-time school immediately following the work term.
- Effective and professional communication both verbal and written with ability to communicate with all levels within the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
- Effective time management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Solid computer skills and experience using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to actively and consistently represent Enbridge’s core values (Safety, Integrity, Respect, and Inclusion).
Working Conditions:
- Office-based role, located in Toronto (North York), ON.
