In the role of Summer Student – Collaboration Services (Telecom), you will provide analytical, coordination, and documentation support to help maintain and modernize enterprise telecom services. It’s an excellent job for students interested in data, technology operations, and large‑scale IT services.

Placement Details

This is a 4 month summer placement starting in May 2026, located in North York, Ontario.

What You Will Do

• Assist with preparing weekly and monthly telecom metrics and dashboards such as usage, capacity, and incident trends
• Support data cleanup and validation activities across telecom databases, service catalogs, and inventory systems
• Assist with audits related to billing, license usage, and carrier invoices where applicable
• Support implementation activities for telecom modernization initiatives or cloud migration efforts
• Assist with testing and validation of new telecom features, devices, or configurations
• Participate in cross‑team project meetings and document minutes, decisions, and action items

Who You Are

• You are currently enrolled in a full time post‑secondary program studying Business, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field and will be returning to full time school immediately following the work term
• Effective and professional communication both verbal and written with ability to communicate with all levels within the organization
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
• Effective time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Solid computer skills and experience using MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
• Ability to actively and consistently represent Enbridge’s core values of Safety, Integrity, Respect, Inclusion, and High Performance
• Interest in telecom, collaboration platforms, or IT service operations

• Office or hybrid based role, located in North York, Ontario
