Gas Distribution and Storage – Summer Student

In the role of Gas Distribution and Storage – Summer Student, you will provide support for the Work Management Team. It’s an excellent job for students with strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and an interest in energy operations.

Placement Details:

There are four 4-month summer placements starting in May 2026, located in North York, ON.

What you will do:.

• Perform clerical and administrative tasks as assigned to support daily operations
• Create, compile, and distribute compliance reports
• Utilize Maximo to run work order queries and extract relevant data
• Maintain and organize work orders within SharePoint to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of how-to documents, procedures, and handbooks

Who you are:

• You are currently enrolled in a full-time post-secondary program studying any discipline and will be returning to full-time school immediately following the work term.
• Effective and professional communication both verbal and written with ability to communicate with all levels within the organization.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
• Effective time management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Solid computer skills and experience using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to actively and consistently represent Enbridge’s core values (Safety, Integrity, Respect, Inclusion, High Performance).
• Excellent keyboarding skills.
• Knowledge of SAP, GIS, and Maximo is an asset.

Working Conditions:

• Office-based role, located in North York, ON.
• Relocation assistance is not provided
