In the role of Field Work Management Summer Student, you will support the Field Work Management team in administering the Work Execution Management Process. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and enhancing our SharePoint site, updating process documentation, and assisting with various team requests.

Placement Details:

This is a 4-month summer student placement starting May 2026, located in Edmonton, AB.

What you will do:

  • Assist with data collection, entry, and analysis using tools such as Maximo and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Maintain and enhance team SharePoint site.
  • Maintain and update process and governance documents.
  • Support data quality initiatives and help improve reporting accuracy.
  • Participate in data sprints and perform data validation tasks.
  • Create job aids to support training efforts.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Field Work Management team.
  • Other office administration duties (i.e., filing, photocopying, scanning, processing invoices, catering and expenses, etc.) as requested.

Who you are: 

  • You are currently enrolled in a full time post-secondary program studying Business, Engineering or Information Technology and will be returning to full time school immediately following the work term. 
  • Ability to represent Enbridge’s core values (Safety, Integrity, Respect and Inclusion) actively and consistently.
  • Proficient with the use of computer application software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Well-developed research and analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Data Analytics experience would be an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent time management skills.

Working Conditions: 

  • Office-based role, located in Edmonton, AB


Please note that this is a role providing contract labour to Enbridge through Raise, who manages Enbridge’s Student Contractor Program. If you are selected for this position, you will be employed by Raise and will not be an employee of Enbridge.
