The role consolidates and analyzes schedules from multiple project teams, develops integrated schedules, and performs critical path and scenario analysis to assess execution feasibility, site optimization, and outage planning. Working closely with Planning Engineers and Project Managers, this position enables safe, efficient execution of complex, concurrent work at shared facilities while ensuring alignment with operational constraints.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain integrated schedules that combine multiple projects at shared sites and within outage windows
- Perform critical path, float, and logic analysis to identify sequencing constraints and execution risks
- Conduct what-if scenario planning to evaluate alternative sequencing strategies and operational impacts
- Collaborate with Planning Engineers to convert field sequencing concepts into executable schedule logic
- Identify and communicate schedule conflicts, interface risks, and potential execution bottlenecks to project teams and leadership
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Project Controls Schedulers, Construction Management, and Operations to align assumptions and constraints
- Ensure schedule data quality, consistency, and integrity across projects and work groups
- Support portfolio-level reporting, insights, and recommendations related to schedule feasibility and optimization
Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in project scheduling, project controls, or planning on industrial or infrastructure projects
- Advanced hands-on experience with Primavera P6, including logic development, critical path analysis, and scenario modeling
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and interfaces across mechanical, electrical, civil, and instrumentation scopes
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects and collaborating with diverse stakeholders
- Highly organized, analytical, and comfortable working with large volumes of schedule data
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex scheduling impacts for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in oil and gas, pipelines, facilities, or other heavy industrial environments is strongly preferred
Please note: Successful applicants will be employees of Raise, working at Enbridge facilities with both Enbridge and contract employees.
