Responsibilities:
- Track and monitor activities for reporting to USUI TIS PMO, including project plan update, management of RAID items and interdependencies.
- Manage tracking of projects within the CIS (Customer Care & Comms) workstream (6+ projects)
- Provide support for the development of the application support team resourcing model and implementation.
- Monitor Track PMs to ensure proper work activity reporting (project plans, etc.)
- Support major tracks of work (as needed) including RFP and contracting efforts where required (i.e. CIS re-platforming)
- Coordinate overall planning, development, and implementation of activities at a program level to ensure overall achievement of the various activities as required.
- Provide project oversight, including completion of reporting activities related to budget, schedule, and project management processes in accordance with Enbridge PMO and/or USUI processes.
- Own project deliverables – ensure all deliverables meet business requirements, are delivered on time, and meet quality standards.
