Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Care Operations Advisor. In this role, you will represent Customer Care Operations (CC Ops) by partnering with Enterprise (TIS). Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate end-to-end requirements gathering for the business, focusing on prioritized system changes or enhancements.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements.
  • Partner with enterprise functional and technical teams to prepare for user acceptance testing.
  • Conduct regression testing for CIS Systems related to CC Ops changes.
  • Establish strong relationships and maintain effective communication with company stakeholders and Customer Care teams.
  • Develop and distribute communications to stakeholders regarding the impacts of system enhancements.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and developers, providing clarification, communication, and support as needed.
  • Take ownership of assigned duties, successfully executing tasks while managing multiple demands simultaneously.
  • Apply problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills to facilitate end-to-end requirements gathering.

Qualifications:

  • A related University degree with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in business or systems analysis, with knowledge of TIS systems and solutions or related fields. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Knowledge of technology implementation requirements and methodologies.
  • Understanding of Customer Care Operations and business needs.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and deliver results.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including building consensus, negotiation, and facilitation.
  • Preferred: CBAP Certification or other formally recognized education in the field of business analysis.
  • Ability to travel (25%) as needed.

Working Conditions:

  • Physical requirements include grasping, kneeling, light–moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirements (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirements, and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods.
  • Mental requirements include the ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions with moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda, and basic reports, and communicate with individuals via telephone.
