About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Project Analyst/Coordinator to join our team and manage the communication and reporting requirements within Enbridge’s Major Projects portfolio. In this role, you will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure the quality and timeliness of project reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project updates for Manager Projects and Enbridge Senior Leadership, focusing on the status of cost, schedule, risks, and decisions of assigned projects.
  • Provide active support during project development.
  • Monitor the progress of critical deliverables and services throughout the project lifecycle by collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders, including Safety and Reliability, Project Sponsor, Project Management, Business Partners, Legal, Regulatory, Supply Chain Management, Public Affairs and Communications, Contractors, and Consultants.
  • Develop and communicate timely updates on project status and performance.
  • Assist project teams in identifying, managing, and communicating risks through proactive stakeholder engagement.
  • Coordinate project close-out and turnover to the Business Unit.
  • Assist Project Managers in holding functional leads accountable for executing their strategy.
  • Monitor and track commercial and contractual transactions as required.
  • Facilitate pre-construction meetings, stakeholder progress update meetings, deliverable reviews, lessons learned, etc.
  • Track Change Management processes as requested by Project Managers.

Scope/Dimensions:

  • Manage operational and capital-funded projects ranging from $1MM to $500MM.
  • Oversee 1-10 projects of various sizes.
  • Navigate complex regulatory, external stakeholder relationships, and project requirements.

Contacts (Working Relationships):

  • Work closely with project management and support services to achieve project goals and milestones.
  • Interface with project sponsors, internal stakeholders, vendors, consultants, contractors, and Enbridge operations staff.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree, diploma from an accredited institute, or a minimum of 5 years of project coordination experience in an engineering or construction management environment.
  • Collaborative, team- and service-oriented work style.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Professional-level skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
  • General understanding of pipeline and terminal operations.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, organization, planning, and leadership skills.
  • Motivated self-starter who works well independently in a fast-paced team environment.

Working Conditions:

  • Office environment with some fieldwork required.
  • Scheduled travel to operating facilities, construction sites, and manufacturer’s facilities (up to 25%).
