About the Role:

The Senior Project Analyst/Coordinator is responsible for coordinating communication and reporting requirements within Enbridge’s Major Projects portfolio. This role involves close collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure the quality and timeliness of project reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project updates for Manager Projects, and Enbridge Sr. Leadership, on the status of the cost, schedule, Risks, and Decisions of the assigned projects.
  • Provide active support during project development
  • Monitor the progress of the critical deliverables and services throughout the project lifecycle, by working with both internal and external stakeholders. Stakeholders include, but are not limited to:
  • Safety and Reliability (including Environment and Lands and ROW), Project Sponsor, Projects Management, Project Operations Management, Project Development, Business Partners, Legal, Regulatory, Supply Chain Management, Public Affairs and Communications, Contractors, and Consultants
  • Develop and communicate timely updates on project status and performance
  • Assist Project team on Identifying , managing and communicating risk through proactive stakeholder engagement
  • Coordinate project close-out and turnover to the Business Unit
  • Provide assistance to Project managers for holding functional leads accountable for executing their strategy
  • Provide assistance to Project Managers on monitoring and tracking commercial and contractual transactions as required.
  • Facilitate pre-construction meetings, stakeholder progress update meetings, deliverable reviews, lessons-learned, etc.
  • Tracks Change Management process as requested by project managers.

Scope/Dimensions:

  • Manage operational and capital projects ranging from $1MM to $500MM.
  • Oversee 1-10 projects of varying sizes.
  • Navigate complex regulatory, external stakeholder relationships, and project requirements.

Working Relationships:

  • Collaborate closely with Project Management and support services to achieve project goals and milestones.
  • Interface with project sponsors, internal stakeholders, vendors, consultants, contractors, and Enbridge operations staff.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor degree, diploma from an accredited institute, or minimum of 5 years of project coordination experience, in engineering or construction management environment.

Skills:

  • Collaborative, team- and service-oriented work style.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBi).
  • General understanding of pipeline and terminal operations.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, organization, planning, and leadership skills.
  • Motivated self-starter who works well independently in a fast-paced team environment.

Working Conditions:

  • Office environment with some field work required
  • Scheduled travel to operating facilities, construction sites, and manufacturers' facilities (up to 25%)
