About the Role:

Join our team and leverage your expertise in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to support and enhance our business processes. We are seeking a skilled GIS Analyst to conduct complex spatial analysis and produce GIS products that drive business decision-making and compliance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced support and expertise in the use of GIS to support business processes.
• Conduct complex spatial analysis to produce GIS products that aid in business decision-making and compliance reporting.
• Ensure GIS data is created, maintained, and updated in accordance with the GIS data model and internal policies.
• Create and update documentation on GIS processes and programs.
• Proactively manage authored material, creating and updating procedures to ensure data quality control.
• Create, maintain, and update critical GIS datasets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 4-7 years of experience in a GIS role or a position that leveraged GIS technology, or a combination of education and experience.
• Successful graduation from an accredited post-secondary GIS program.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in GIS software and tools.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
