At Enbridge, our goal is to be the first-choice energy delivery company in North America and beyond—for customers, communities, investors, regulators and policymakers, and employees.

To meet that goal, Enbridge is partnering with Raise—a leading recruitment firm that specializes in IT, Technical, and Engineering staffing.

Together, Raise and Enbridge are building teams that are rising to meet the growing energy needs of North America. If you’re looking for a challenging role that will make the most of your skills while allowing you to make an impact, this is it.

Enbridge is hiring a Industrial Energy Solutions Advisor right now—when you apply, Raise will review your application within 48 hours and contact qualified applicants for interviews.

About the Role:

  • Join a team of engineers who work directly with large manufacturing customers to solve complex technical challenges and identify opportunities to use natural gas more efficiently within their operations.
  • If you’re driven to make a meaningful impact, enjoy cultivating strong relationships, and are energized by uncovering innovative efficiency solutions, consider joining the Enbridge Demand Side Management (DSM) Industrial Team.

What we do:

  • Our team consults with a diverse portfolio of manufacturers, each with unique processes and challenges. We gain hands-on exposure across a wide range of industries by:
  • Learning about customers’ facilities, systems, and operations
  • Helping customers understand their energy use
  • Applying technical expertise to guide customers toward informed, cost‑effective energy efficiency decisions
  • This is a role where engineering, relationship-building, and problem‑solving intersect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and sustain strong professional relationships based on trust, credibility, and mutual respect.
  • Serve as a trusted energy-efficiency advisor and the first-choice partner for customers seeking operational improvements.
  • Analyze complex industrial processes across various industries to uncover opportunities for natural gas efficiency.
  • Synthesize technical and operational insights into solutions that resonate with both business leaders and technical teams.
  • Develop detailed technical savings calculations—often from first principles—to justify project viability and influence decision-making.
  • Manage your own portfolio of industrial customers independently.
  • Effectively prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and consistently deliver against annual energy savings targets.
  • Contribute to team goals by collaborating, sharing insights, and supporting collective outcomes.
  • Balance independent work with active integration into team initiatives and cross-functional efforts.
  • Proactively identify new energy-saving opportunities to support short-term results and long-term program success.
  • Build and maintain a robust project pipeline (sales funnel) that enables sustained growth.

Please note: Successful applicants will be employees of Raise, working at Enbridge facilities with both Enbridge and contract employees.
