Key Responsibilities will vary dependent on the role but will include:

  • Utilize systems such as Power BI, Oracle Cloud, and SAP to enhance supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective supply chain processes.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure contract conformance and compliance with industry standards.
  • Expedite orders and manage supplier relationships to meet project timelines.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • A degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience within the Oil and Gas/Energy industry is highly preferred.
  • Depending on the role and level, 1-7 years of relevant experience in supply chain management.
  • Proficient with Excel and Power BI
  • Previous experience with supply chain systems such as Oracle Cloud, and SAP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members to achieve deliverables.
  • Exceptional analytical, interpretive, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Capacity to handle a high workload, tight timelines, and high-impact activities.
  • Skillful in prioritizing and managing multiple assignments, meeting established deadlines while aligning with project requirements.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, displaying the ability to share experience and knowledge with others.
  • Possesses a keen attention to detail.
  • In some roles, a professional certification such as SCMP (Supply Chain Management Professional) or CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or equivalent may be required
