Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate gas flow and meter calculations to support system integrity and operational efficiency.
- Test, inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot a wide range of gas meters, including positive displacement, rotary, Coriolis, turbine, orifice, and ultrasonic meters.
- Conduct comprehensive testing, inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting on pressure regulators, control valves, relief valves, and other pressure‑limiting devices.
- Test, inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot pneumatic control devices, RTUs, and EGM systems.
- Maintain and troubleshoot gas analyzers, including gas chromatographs, water vapor analyzers, sulfur and hydrogen sulfide analyzers, and oxygen analyzers.
- Ensure all electrical installations at company-owned or operated measurement facilities comply with applicable codes, regulations, and standards.
- Perform routine odorizer maintenance in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Determine and set proper odorant injection rates to meet system requirements.
- Record and report odorant usage and verify odorant concentration in natural gas.
- Operate and maintain power supply systems associated with measurement and control equipment.
- Identify pipes, valves, and fittings by size, wall thickness, and material using mechanical and electronic measurement tools.
- Install small-diameter instrument piping and tubing to specification, including material.
- Complete all reports, logs, and documentation accurately, thoroughly, and on time.
- Write clear, safe, and compliant gas-handling procedures.
- Consistently work in a safe, responsible, and compliant manner in accordance with company and industry safety standards.
- Actively participate in safety programs, training, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
