About the Role:
We are seeking a Contract Conformance Specialist (CCS) to join our team. In this role, you will be accountable for sourcing and administering executed contractual arrangements for capital and maintenance projects. You will manage the flow of documentation and communication between the company and contractors, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the sourcing and administration of contracts for assigned projects, with a consolidated total of up to $400MM per year.
- Manage documentation and communication related to contractual relationships to ensure obligations are met.
- Facilitate the timely identification, communication, and resolution of contractual matters.
- Collaborate with various departments, including legal, project management, and procurement, to achieve project goals.
- Support contract negotiations and ensure compliance with project execution contracting strategy.
- Maintain contractor correspondence and documentation logs, and manage the change order process.
- Prepare and transmit company-generated correspondence and manage contract close-out processes.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, legal, technical, or business discipline with a minimum of 4 years of experience in contract administration, preferably in the energy industry; or an Associate's degree with 7-10 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of employees and management.
- Strong organizational and technical writing skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Oracle.
- Ability to develop collaborative working relationships and support complex contract negotiations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize work effectively.
