About the Role:

  • As an Engineering Analyst, you will collaborate closely with Energy Service Advisors, Commercial Customers, and internal partners to promote and deliver impactful energy conservation programs. This role is well suited for technically inclined professionals who thrive in a high-performing, growth-oriented, and innovative environment and are eager to help organizations reduce energy consumption and improve sustainability outcomes.
  • You will play a critical support role in advancing participation in commercial energy efficiency initiatives, analyzing technical data, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Commercial Sales team, Business Partners, Customers, and National Accounts to drive participation in Commercial Energy Conservation programs and contribute to achieving energy efficiency targets.
  • Assist with inbound and outbound leads, inquiries, and follow-ups related to energy efficiency programs.
  • Support application processing by collecting required documentation and technical information.
  • Analyze customer data to assess energy efficiency potential and calculate eligible incentives.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of submissions in alignment with program requirements.
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track projects, manage workloads, and support reporting activities.
  • Extract, clean, merge, and analyze data from internal and external sources to identify opportunities and enhance program performance.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service via phone and email to customers, business partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support energy efficiency programs during customer meetings, applicable trade shows, energy forums, and industry events.

Qualifications:

  • New graduate or early-career professional with 0–3 years of experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently represent and uphold Enbridge's core values: Safety, Integrity, Respect, Inclusion, and High Performance.
