The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment, clarity, and effective information flow.
  • Design and conduct stakeholder surveys, interviews, and structured feedback sessions.
  • Foster strong working relationships across business and technology teams.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to identify key trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop clear, concise reports, dashboards, and summaries for BRM and senior leadership.
  • Track and monitor progress of initiatives, ensuring timely reporting of milestones and outcomes.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Presentation & Documentation Development
  • Create high-quality, executive-ready presentations for leadership, steering committees, and stakeholder forums.
  • Draft and maintain strategy documents, governance frameworks, policy materials, and related documentation.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-focused messaging.
  • Ensure all documentation aligns with organizational standards and objectives.
  • Action Planning & Follow Through
  • Convert stakeholder feedback into structured, actionable plans with defined ownership, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
  • Monitor the execution of action plans, proactively identifying risks and escalating issues when needed.
  • Maintain organized documentation repositories, including decision logs and communication records.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across TIS and business functions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and interpretation of business and/or technical information.
  • Advanced skills in presentation development, with the ability to produce executive-level materials.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information and translate feedback into structured action plans.
  • Experience within IT, digital services, or TIS environments is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Please note: Successful applicants will be employees of Raise, working at Enbridge facilities with both Enbridge and contract employees.
