About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Hydraulic Engineer with a strong technical understanding of natural gas pipeline systems and gas flow. The ideal candidate will possess broad knowledge of gas pipeline hydraulic simulation and be ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Petroleum, or Chemical Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize technical expertise in natural gas pipeline systems and gas flow to support operations and projects.
- Apply broad knowledge of gas pipeline hydraulic simulation to optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and project execution.
- Engage in problem-solving and critical thinking to address hypothetical scenarios and real-world challenges.
- Maintain strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage priorities and tasks.
- Own and resolve issues, ensuring collaborative working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with software programs such as FlowDesk, NextGen, WinFlow, or Synergi Gas.
- Knowledge of SCADA systems and Enbridge assets.
- Professional Engineering designation.
- Experience with Gas Control, Scheduling, outage coordination, or Design.

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to maintain collaborative working relationships with others.
