About the Role:
We're searching for a Change Management Lead to design and lead efforts to embed technology, process, and cultural changes within our organization effectively. If you're skilled in building relationships, analyzing information, and driving project outcomes through excellent communication and writing skills, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop change strategies and approaches in collaboration with program OCM leads.
- Utilize Enbridge methodology to craft change management plans and deliverables.
- Engage a diverse range of stakeholders to assess complex change impacts.
- Foster change capability within project teams and coach leaders on effective change sponsorship.
- Work with project managers to integrate change management into project plans.
- Lead and develop communication materials, including key messages and presentations.
- Identify and manage people risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop metrics and monitor outcomes related to business readiness and adoption.
- Assess risk related to concurrent organizational change and take corrective actions.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary degree in Communications, Business Management, Psychology, Human Resources, or Education.
- 7-10 years of change management experience in complex organizations undergoing transformational change.
- Change management certification, such as Prosci, is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in conducting change assessments and developing comprehensive change management plans.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex information for various audiences.
- Experience in advising leadership and influencing without authority.
- Strong relationship management and credibility-building skills.
- High attention to detail and customer focus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and work through ambiguity.
Assets:
- Experience in the energy industry.
- Knowledge of project management fundamentals.
