About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist IV to ensure all activities meet quality assurance standards and comply with applicable regulatory requirements. This role involves conducting audits, reviewing, analyzing data, and documentation to maintain high standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all quality assurance activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct thorough audits and reviews, analyzing data and documentation to ensure standards are met.
  • Utilize extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish organizational goals.
  • Lead and direct the work of others, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Apply a wide degree of creativity and latitude in problem-solving and project execution.
  • Report to a manager or head of a unit/department, providing insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Over 10 years of direct experience in quality assurance and compliance.
  • Familiarity with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures in the field.
  • Complete understanding of Solar Projects from inception to commissioning.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor team members.
