  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, timelines, and project milestones.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, safety, quality, and overall project performance.
  • Execute a portfolio of asset replacement and infrastructure projects, including booster pump replacements, valve replacements, and Pressure Control Valve (PCV) replacements.
  • Coordinate Oracle project setup and ensure required project processes, including Management of Change (MOC), are properly followed.
  • Identify and coordinate required resources including personnel, equipment, materials, contractors, and budget requirements.
  • Ensure required drawings, technical documentation, permits, and engineering deliverables are completed and available.
  • Develop simplified drawing packages and supporting documentation for actuators, controllers, power systems, and related project components.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams and act as the primary point of contact for assigned projects.
  • Assign tasks and ensure responsibilities are clearly communicated and executed effectively.
  • Coordinate environmental permits, clearances, engineering deliverables, and Open System Plans as required.
  • Coordinate closely with Regional Operations Supervisors, Engineers, Asset Management teams, Outage Coordinators, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure purchase orders (POs), materials, and equipment requirements are properly managed and tracked throughout project execution.
  • Manage contractors, vendors, and field service providers to support safe and successful project execution.
  • Sequence work activities effectively to maintain project momentum and minimize operational impacts.
  • Support field execution, construction coordination, commissioning, startup activities, and operational turnover as required.
  • Identify project risks early and develop mitigation and contingency plans with project teams.
  • Lead and manage Management of Change (MOC) activities and project risk reviews.
  • Track project progress against schedules and milestones and communicate changes, delays, and impacts to stakeholders.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
  • Provide monthly forecasting updates to Regional Accountants and Finance teams.
  • Ensure COPAS requirements are entered and maintained as needed.
  • Facilitate project meetings including kickoffs, planning sessions, status updates, schedule reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Maintain continual communication and follow-up on delegated tasks, action items, project risks, and execution updates.
  • Document project decisions, meeting notes, records, turnover packages, and project closeout documentation.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards, operational requirements, compliance expectations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Close out purchase orders, project financials, and final reporting requirements.
  • Maintain accountability for overall project execution, sequencing, coordination, and forward momentum.
