  • Develop, update, and execute annual account plans for assigned territories and customers.
  • Provide accurate, timely outlooks and forecasts related to current‑year energy conservation delivery results.
  • Identify key risks, threats, and opportunities that may impact program success within assigned segments.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to internal program design teams to refine current offerings and support future program development.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to complete work safely, accurately, and on time, demonstrating Company values and core competencies.
  • Ensure all potential, active, and completed projects are accurately entered into DSM tracking systems, with documentation capable of withstanding audit and verification processes.
  • Provide specific support during customer audit verification activities as needed.
  • Support the implementation of projects in compliance with audit, measurement, and verification requirements.

  • Achieve individually assigned annual Energy Conservation targets to maximize shareholder value.
  • Maintain self-motivation to meet scorecard and program offering targets.
  • Develop and strengthen customer and external relationships to meet program goals and uphold Company reputation.
