About the Role:

Are you a detail-oriented and organized professional with a knack for streamlining procurement processes? We are seeking an Expeditor Purchasing to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring the timely delivery of equipment and materials for Purchase Orders, Contracts, and Projects. Your expertise will be crucial in organizing meetings, utilizing tools and processes, and addressing potential risks to ensure items reach their destinations successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and expedite the delivery of equipment and materials for Purchase Orders, Contracts, and Projects.
• Organize and facilitate meetings to ensure smooth procurement processes.
• Utilize tools and processes to track orders and address potential risks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including vendors, engineering teams, business partners, project members, contractors, quality teams, and supply chain colleagues.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure goods are delivered on time.
• Communicate effectively and negotiate with suppliers to resolve any issues.
• Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role within procurement or supply chain management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using procurement tools and software.
