** The primary pay rate is based on T4 classification; however, we will also consider applications from candidates interested in an INC classification, where applicable. 

About the Role:

The role is responsible for executing Change, Communications and Engagement, and Business Readiness activities. This position plays a significant role in influencing how the ERP Program is perceived by leaders, business partners, and the broader business, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement with the ERP program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver stakeholder communications, including broadcast emails, PowerPoint presentations, video and podcast scripts, newsletter articles, and Viva Engage posts.
  • Create enterprise, stakeholder-specific, and program communications strategies and execute delivery tactics.
  • Manage the communications approval process for timely delivery.
  • Advise and support senior leaders and teams in successful planning and delivery of communications.
  • Maintain effective, accurate program SharePoint sites, content, apps, presentations, and other materials.
  • Create and develop multimedia (audio/video) content for business scenarios, including script writing.
  • Create and maintain program ELink content, stakeholder teams channels, and program communication and engagement templates (e.g., email, PowerPoint).
  • Collaborate with public affairs to ensure the program follows enterprise communication processes, including brand standards.
  • Coordinate key stakeholder engagements, focusing on change management and business readiness networks.
  • Participate in planning and strategizing for campaign execution, including content development, logistics, platforms, and measurements in collaboration with Change Specialists and business unit change teams.
  • Deliver effective events such as roadshows, showcases, lunch & learns, spotlights, change agent network meetings, and other informational gatherings.
  • Support the ERP Program team and Change Lead for an integration initiative, focusing on leadership engagement, broad business campaigns, and stakeholder-specific engagements.
  • Demonstrate leadership by influencing actions and behaviors, and provide extensive internal consultation, development of options, and recommendations for senior leaders.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Related university degree and/or professional designation (e.g., Communications, Business, Change Management).
  • 4-7 years of progressively responsible and related experience.
  • Experience in managing stakeholders and executing change management activities.
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively with OCM counterparts and other Functional Change Management Specialists and Utilities Change Teams.
  • Self-starter who is results-oriented and focused on delivering high-quality work, with exceptional people skills to engage individuals.
  • Prior experience on change initiatives, preferably systems and process changes.
  • Outstanding communicator with excellent English written grammar, acute attention to detail, strong problem-solving ability, and flexibility.
  • Creative content development experience, including video production in Adobe Premiere Pro or other video production software.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly SharePoint, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex ideas in an easy-to-understand fashion.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be agile and willing to take initiative.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of the client's business units and central function processes, issues, and challenges.
  • Extensive experience using SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud and/or IBM Maximo.
  • PROSCI, PMP, or Adult Education change certification strongly preferred.
  • Experience on other large transformation projects considered an asset.
